First, customer service is amazing. When I ordered the want the first time, it didn’t work so I emailed the company and they sent a new one. I’m glad they did because it’s been extremely beneficial.
However, adding heat to your skin care products to help them absorb quickly isn’t ideal for some products. Heat can alter the chemical composition of formulas, so before you try this make sure it’s safe to apply heat to your skin.

There is one more thing I want to mention just in case this is a dealbreaker for you.
My wand only stays on for a few minutes at a time. I don’t mind because I wouldn’t want the want to stay on a hot or cold setting for too long, but if you think this is something that would frustrate you then this is something to consider.
